all of these obviously have a similar theme... be brave, carry on, someone is always there to lighten your burdens..etc. thank you!

Oh Brooke, this is hard to pick a favorite blog post. But I would say that major themes that run through all of your posts are "hope" and "how to be brave and true to yourself." I love your essential blog post and the ones about famy history. I would tell people to read your blog if they wanted to read or learn to write poetry, or if they wanted to read posts that are inspiring and uplifting. I'd tell women to read your blog if they wanted to feel the power of what a woman can do or is trying to do while finding who she truly is.

My favorite recent post is the one about rising again but i can't help but also really like this post http://brookandreoli.typepad.com/my_weblog/2013/09/this-is-what-brave-looks-like.html I think the overall theme might be "introspection". You are able to share many of your feelings and as a result capture so many other feelings of those who may not be as talented a writer as you are or as good at introspection. I like how you use so many different mediums-art, photography, words-to express what you are feeling.
