sweet and simple.
the morning after our summer solstice party, as i was editing pictures, i looked up at my "mother of all vision boards" in my office. and i saw the mason jar tea lights hanging over a garden party.
and i saw a wishbone.
and a camera around my neck.
and a girl in a field, in a dress.
and a purple book of fairy tales (that was on my kitchen table last night).
summer solstice was the perfect moment of magic for me.
recharged and inspired by new views and to try new things or try things i've thought of trying for a long time.
loving taking pictures and editing them again.
girls, i absolutely adored it.
thank you for letting me invite myself to your party.
i heard summer solstice plans
and immediately saw glitter and fairies.
on monday i told tim, "i just need to CREATE." and then i growled at the kids who kept interuptting me while i needed to create something.
this was just what i needed this week.
p.s. i can't wait for summer solstice part II featuring the unused sparklers and henna.
p.p.s. OLIVA'S awesome post here. MUST READ. all the details. i recently started stalking oliva via the internet. . .totally inspiring.
p.p.p.s. girls, i'm thinking super moon in morroco. that's my new dream.
